Private Groups Prepare to Bid on a Contract to Operate CRL

Although the Government of Canada has not yet announced what the governance model for Chalk River Laboratories (CRL) will be after "CANDU Inc." is spun-off, some consortia are forming to be ready to bid on a contract to operate CRL if the Government chooses to issue a request for proposals.

For example, The North Renfrew Times published the following article describing the "Chalk River National Laboratory Partners":
